Having worked in various capacities, including as a translator for the Illinois Secretary of State Driver Services Facility, Veronica’s journey has been defined by her innate talent for bridging language barriers. Growing up in a bilingual household, she honed her translation and interpreting skills from a young age, a path that ultimately led her back to her true calling after a brief stint in the pharmacy industry. Veronica’s dedication to her work is evident in her proudest professional accomplishment – updating the Spanish language Rules of the Road manual for the Illinois Secretary of State.
