Nicholas (“Nic”) Davis graduated from Gonzaga School of Law in 2023, where he actively participated in extracurricular activities. He mediated small claims cases in Spokane County District Court and received the “Best Client/Attorney Relationship” award at the 2022 International Mediation Competition in Florence, Italy. Nic also volunteered at the LGBTQ+ General Practice Clinic, providing pro bono legal assistance.
Nic holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine. He interned at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, aiding in high-level felony cases, which sparked his passion for legal advocacy.
With experience on both sides of the aisle, Nic worked as a private investigator for insurance companies and later as a law clerk for a personal injury firm in Santa Ana, California, where he represented plaintiffs and gained mentorship from seasoned attorneys.
Nic lives with his partner Lindy, their two cats, and their dog. They enjoy gardening, thrifting, live music, cycling, and spending time with loved ones.
