Meet Nutmeg: A Special Holiday Foster with VanDerGinst Law
At VanDerGinst Law, we believe the holidays are about compassion, love, and giving back to our community. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Nutmeg, our special furry friend who’s spending the holidays in a warm and cozy foster home with Dennis and Kim VanDerGinst.
Nutmeg’s Story
Hi there! My name is Nutmeg, and I’m a 3 ½-year-old, neutered mixed-breed male looking for my forever family. I’ve spent the last few months at the Humane Society of Scott County, where my friends have taken great care of me. But with the shelter overflowing with other dogs and cats who need homes, I’m so excited to have this chance to enjoy the holidays outside of a kennel—thanks to Mr. VanDerGinst and the wonderful people at VanDerGinst Law.
I’m completely house trained and crate trained, so I’ll make a great companion right from the start. I love going on walks and do beautifully on a leash. My favorite activity? Playing catch with my new orange ball! I’m playful and full of energy when you’re ready to have fun, but I also know how to relax, snuggle, and just enjoy some quiet time with you. If I do say so myself… I’m pretty much the perfect dog. 🤪❤️
A Christmas Wish
My biggest wish this Christmas is to find my forever family in the new year! I would be so grateful if you could LIKE and SHARE this post to help spread the word about me. The more people who see this, the better my chances are of finding my new home.
If you’d like to meet me in person, I’d love that! Just contact the Humane Society of Scott County at (563) 388-6655 and ask for Nutmeg.
At VanDerGinst Law, we’re honored to support efforts like these, helping our community’s pets find loving homes. This season is about goodwill, love, and second chances—and Nutmeg is ready for his!
Thank you for being part of this season of giving and compassion. From all of us at VanDerGinst Law, we wish you a safe, joyful, and heartwarming holiday season. ❤️🎄
