Heartland Health Services – Garden
Heartland Health Services is a group of clinics is designated as a federally qualified health center, offering medical services to low-income adults and children. The group’s mission is to serve the underserved, uninsured, and underinsured within the city of Peoria and the larger tri-county region.
The Heartland Health Services Clinic on West Garden Street provides adult and pediatric care that includes physical exams, immunizations, school and sports physicals, women’s health, and acute and chronic illness care. The clinic also provides prescription medication assistance, counseling services, and services in the areas of ophthalmology, podiatry, and pulmonology.
The clinic is open Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:30PM. The walk-in clinic (no appointment necessary) is open Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM.
