Born in Missouri and raised in Kansas, Benjamin Cook has a rich background that combines strong Midwest roots with a passion for justice. Ben pursued both his undergraduate education and law degree at the University of Kansas, graduating from the University of Kansas Law School in 2004.
In 2006, Ben made Iowa his home and has since been a dedicated member of the community. His legal journey took a significant turn from 2012 to 2016 when he worked in-house at an Iowa insurance company. Since 2016, Ben has channeled his expertise into exclusively helping injured Iowans. His dedication has resulted in numerous successful settlements and verdicts for those who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own.
Ben currently resides in the Des Moines area with his wife and three children. He practices in the areas of civil personal injury and workers’ compensation, handling a wide range of cases including car accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, dog bites, falls, and various workers’ compensation claims such as body as a whole and scheduled member injuries.
As a committed member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Iowa Association for Justice, Ben Cook is a trusted advocate for his clients. His comprehensive understanding of both personal injury and workers’ compensation law, combined with his compassionate approach, ensures that his clients receive the best possible representation.
